Together, the credit union and the AutoBranch dealer are both committed to providing credit union members a worry-free car buying experience with the highest standards of quality, selection, and value plus financing from the member's credit union.

How much below NADA are the pre-owned cars priced?
This varies based on the model and price range. Some units sell well below NADA value while others demand a price closer to NADA value; but all prices will be below NADA value.
What if the vehicle that I am looking for is not listed in the inventory?
AutoBranch will be glad to search for a particular vehicle. You may contact the AutoBranch Team online to let them know the make, model, and year of the vehicle you wish to purchase. The AutoBranch Team will search their car resources to locate your vehicle within one to four weeks.
How long does it take to locate a car?
To locate a specific pre-owned vehicle not in our current inventory could take between one and four weeks.
Does AutoBranch take trade-ins?
Yes, trade-ins are welcome and will be given a fair and honest appraisal.
Do I have to be a member of a credit union to use AutoBranch?
No. If you do not currently belong to a credit union, AutoBranch will attempt to qualify you for one of our participating credit unions. If we can't qualify you for a credit union, you must arrange for your own financing.
Can a member purchase with cash or finance with another financial institution other than their credit union?
Yes, members still have these options. However, all point-of-sale finance offers will be directed only to their credit union. If the member does not wish to finance with their credit union, they are free to obtain financing elsewhere.
